It looks like it will pass the next PL meeting, the PL know that away fans are vital to their product.
Not sure it will be in place for next season but for the season after.
Not sure the clubs have a leg to stand on if they reject it as the protests & coverage will make them look stupid rejecting something that will cost the club under a million on average whilst pocketing £100m+ from the new TV deals.

I must admit that I do not mind a bit of Rugby so have bought some Cat D tickets behind the posts for the BaaBaas game at the end of August just so that I can see what the live view is like before I go for my appointment.

Away fans are charged band 4 prices plus any special offers that apply to the home fans.
I'm hopeful that from next season the clubs are going to agree to a £20/£25 standard fee across the board for away fans.

I want the away fans similar to where they are now. Creates a better atmosphere than upper tier.

There's already a section reserved for the away fans, it's not up in the gods I believe.
They want people to pay their money to attend so won't do that.

I think that the away fans pricing policy is that they are charged the lowest price that home fans are charged for comporable seats.... I'm sure that I have seen that that is the PL rule.
So in the OS hopefully the away fans will be up in the gods behind the goal... but will only be charged 15-20 for the privilage.

As long as we're still being charged over 50 notes for the likes of QPR, I couldn't give a toss what we charge away fans. That needs to change across the board.
